You’ve been morbidly obese for a few years now.
You think it’s time to take matters into your own hands.
You will undoubtedly lose weight because of an overnight realization.
You find a dietitian that aligns with your ambitious goal. 10 kgs in a month, 15 kgs in 45 days.
(Disclaimer; someone who’s in dire need of money OR greedy could show belief in your ambitious goals)
Remember, you pay the money first for the program. So, it’s 100% your risk. A good coach or nutritionist has 100’s of other clients to cater and you’re not the only one.
I think you’re half right with this plan. The only part that doesn’t fit is having a fixed attachment to the number of kilos you’ll lose in a definite amount of time.
If you do that, you’ll basically build up pressure while following your diet on way to lose weight.
It’s too aggressive for a human mind to execute.
Learn to love your body and yourself. Be comfortable driving it today, hoping for a lighter tomorrow.
