Wake Up: Between 7 to 8 AM.
Drink Coffee & Newspaper: 8 AM to 8:30 AM
Breakfast: 9 AM
Mid Morning Meal: 12 PM
Lunch: 2 PM
Evening Snack: 5 PM
Dinner: 7 to 8 PM
Sleep: 10 to 11 PM
If you can stick to this routine, you will be able to find success in your weight loss journey.
The most important aspect of this entire roadmap is not a diet plan, but eating at the right intervals and getting enough sleep.
