Losing fat and maintaining their weight loss and those who don't is that the ones who are successful have found a way to embrace the bigger picture and dig deep within themselves on those challenging days.
Failure is not a means to an end, but rather an obstacle to be overcome.
Focusing on the end game instead of the daily process is a promising way to lead to discouragement and frustration.
It’s not an easy or quick process. There will be hard days. A LOT of hard days when you contemplate giving up. Plan for it. Expect it. But NEVER quit. Quitting OR Giving up is the only way you’ll end up losing.
I also strongly believe that you should focus on winning a small part every day, rather than the entire goal in a month. 1% every day will compound to a big number at the end of 3 months.
Embrace the lifestyle change by harvesting a passion for healthy eating within yourself.
It has to become a source of happiness in your life.
Lasting results are found IN the journey — you can't change your body without changing your mind first.
Give yourself permission to fail. Learn the lessons and keep going. Fail. Fail again. Fail a thousand times, but never give up always get up.
Remember, even in the stock market - losses are in the short term. Those who survive it, yearn for decades to come.
The same principle applies to your body and mind as well.
